摘 要:研制了一种用于高CO气源的CTO-1型脱氧催化剂,该催化剂采用浸渍法以γ-Al2O3负载过渡金属盐和特殊助剂经高温焙烧制得。催化剂使用前需活化,适用空速3 000 h-1,反应温度最低为40℃,可将原料气中体积分数不高于2.0%的O2脱除至10×10-6以下,催化剂小粒度稳定性试验表明,480 h后脱氧率仍大于99%,失活催化剂可再生。扫描电镜及能量分散光谱(SEM-EDS)分析表明,催化剂使用前后的表面形貌变化不大,活性成分分布均匀。CTO-1 catalyst was developed for removing oxygen from high CO industrial gas. The deoxidation catalyst, containing a transition metal compound and a promoter and supported on γ-Al2O3, was prepared by co-impregnation and calcination at (350 -400)℃. The catalyst needed activation before use. It was applicable to GHSV of 3 000 h^-1 and temperature as low as down to 40℃. Oxygen in the gas was brought down to less than 10× 10^-4 (V/V) when 02 content in CO stream was less than 2% (V/V) under the above condition. 480 h activity stability test indicated that oxygen removal efficiency was over 99% at the end of run. The catalyst was regenerable. SEM-EDS resuhs showed that no remarkable change occurred on surface of the catalyst, with stable distribution of the active species.
