摘  要:器官移植、中风、心肌梗死等会引发局部缺血/再灌注(Ischemia/Reperfusion,I/R)。炎性细胞的活化和细胞毒素因子的表达与再灌注损伤密切相关。这些炎性介质的活化会启动相关下游磷酸化或去磷酸化的级联反应。该文仅综述I/R损伤过程中信号转导通路磷酸化调节机制的研究进展。Ischemia/reperfusion (I/R) injury is triggered by pathogenic processes, such as organ transplant dysfunction,stroke, and myocardial infarction. Inflammatory cell activation and cytotoxic cytokine expression are associated with reperfusion injury. The activation of these inflammatory mediators initiates several interconnected downstream cascades regulated by phosphorylation and dephosphorylation reactions. This is a review of the current understanding of the phosphoregulatory mechanisms that mediate the complex processes of signal transduction secondary to I/R injury.
