摘  要:目的:观察三七总苷单体成分人参皂苷Rbl对实验性肝纤维化的作用。方法:用50%四氯化碳造成大鼠肝纤维化模型,共35天,同时给予三七总皂苷单体成分人参皂苷Rbl治疗,于第5周(实验结束)时检测肝功能、血清Ⅲ型前胶原(PCⅢ)、透明质酸(HA)、层黏连蛋白(LN),同时分离肝组织,光镜观察肝组织病理变化。结果:三七总皂苷能改善肝纤维化大鼠的肝功能,降低血清PCⅢ、HA、LN含量,明显减轻肝组织胶原的沉积,改善肝纤维化程度;而人参皂苷Rbl不能改善肝纤维化程度。结论:人参皂苷Rbl不具有抗肝纤维化的作用,人参皂苷Rbl不是三七总苷抗肝纤维化的有效成分。Objective: To investigate the effect of Panaxsaponic and Rbl on hepatic fibrosis, which are two of the main ingredients of Panax Notoginsenosides. Methods: The rats models of hepatic fibrosis were made by using 50% CCl4, at the same time, the Panaxsaponic Rbl on different doses and Panax Notoginsenosides were given by hypodermical injection. At the end of the treatment, the levels of precollagen Ⅲ ( PC Ⅲ ), hyaluronic acid (HA) and laminin (LN) in the blood seum, and the pathological change of hepatic tissue were tested. Results: Panax Notoginsenosides can improve hepatic function and degrade the levels of PC Ⅲ, HA, LN on the rats models, and had the same deletable effect on the pathological change. While Panaxsaponin Rbl can not improve hepatic fibrosis, moreover it can damage the hepatic function. Conclusion: Panaxsaponin Rbl is not effective on hepatic fibrosis. Panaxsaponic Rbl is not one of the effective ingredients of Panax Notoginsenosides which can be used in hepatic fibrosis.
