摘　　要：从光学系统装调中影响像质的误差来源出发,分析了光学传递函数仪的检测结果与光学系统装调误差之间的关系,讨论了光学传递函数仪在红外光学系统装调中的应用。实验证明,光学传递函数仪在红外光学系统装调中的应用是可行的。Starting with the source of error that affects imaging in the alignment of IR optical system, the relation between the test result of the OTF instrument and the optical system alignment error is analyzed, and the application of OFF instrument in the alignment of IR optical system is discussed. The result of experiment shows that it is feasible to alignment IR optical system by OTF instrument.
