摘　　要：对已于2005年在沪深两所上市的43家电力企业的财务数据进行主成分分析和相关性分析,得出电力企业负债经营的安全范围及预警负债规模,并指出电力企业将负债规模保持在预警范围内的有效途径。An analysis of the major factors and relativity of the financial data of the two of 43 electric power enterprises which entered into the market during the year 2005, we come to recognize the security scale of the deficit running of the enterprises and the early warning liability scale while pointing out an effective way to keep the liability scale of the electric power enterprises within the early warning scope.
