摘　　要：目的分析子宫输卵管造影术逆流征象的原因、临床表现及预防措施。方法回顾性总结分析子宫输卵管造影术的逆流征象,结合相关文献重点分析3例典型病例。结果逆流征象的发生是多种因素共同作用的结果,如疾病、造影剂等。结论提高对逆流征象的认识,在子宫输卵管造影检查的术前、术中做好充分准备并采取有效措施,可以避免逆流征象的发生。Objective To analyze the cause, clinical situation and preventive measures of reflux in hysterosalpingography. Methods The reflux signs of three typical eases with hysterosalpingography were retrospectively analyzed. Results The occurrence of reflux signs is the result of many factors, such as diseases and contrast mediums. Conclusion The cause of reflux is completely understood so as to take effective measures in preoperative and intraoperative examination during hysterosalpingography.All these measures can prevent the reflux.
