摘  要:应用粉末冶金工艺制备烧结Nd-Fe-B永磁材料样品,分析了烧结过程对材料磁性能与力学性能的影响。当烧结温度为1353K时,随着烧结时间由0.25h延长至24h,材料内禀矫顽力与抗弯强度首先显著增大,而后表现出比较明显的下降趋势;材料剩磁与维氏硬度则首先大幅度上升,而后表现出较为缓慢的升高趋势。合理选择烧结工艺参数,提高材料相对密度,减小平均晶粒尺寸,既有利于材料获得优良的磁性能,亦可以改善材料的力学性能。Nd33Dy1.5FebalAl0.4B1.02 sintered magnets were prepared from 4μm alloy powder and sintered at 1353K for different times. Effects of sintedng on the magnetic and mechanical properties of magnets were analyzed. As the sintering time was extended from 0.25h up to 24h, the intrinsic coercivity and bending strength of materials initially increased considerably and then decreased relatively slowly, and the remanence and hardness first increased substantially and then continued to rise at a slow rate. Both high relative density and small average grain size attained by the choice of reasonable sintering processing parameters axe believed to be a practical and effective technical measure to improve the magnetic and mechanical properties of sintered Nd-Fe-B permanent magnet materials.
