摘 要:分别用模压+等静压二次成型和一次模压成形工艺制备了烧结钕铁硼多极磁环,用NIM-2000测量了样品的磁性能,用磁力显微镜观测了取向方向和垂直去向方向的磁畴结构,用多极环与导磁环构成磁路测试了各极的气隙磁场。结果表明,一次成型比二次成型制备的多极环气隙磁场高,而且各极的磁密均匀度也要优于二次成型工艺制备的多极环,同时,一次成型工艺简单,因此有利于制备高性能的多极环。Sintered NdFeB radially oriented multi-pole ring magnets were prepared by single molding process and molding followed by subsequently isostatic compaction. The magnetic property was measured by NIM-2000 autohysteresis loop and the magnetic microstructures of cross section of the ring was observed by magnetic force microscopy (MFM). The air-gap field of the multi-pole ring set in iron ring was measured. It shows that the magnetic performance and uniformity of multi-pole ring prepared by single molding is higher than that of magnet prepared by two step molding. So, single molding is an effective process to prepare radially oriented multi-pole ring magnet not only for its simplicity but also for high magnetic performance and uniformity of the magnet.
