摘 要:针对高温固硫物相硫铝酸钙生成反应的特点以及试验数据为小样本、贫信息的情况进行了灰色关联分析。结果表明,影响硫铝酸钙生成的主要因素是燃烧环境中的O2浓度,其次是反应时间,反应温度的影响相对较小。采用Verhulst模型建立了对高温下硫铝酸钙生成时硫析出量随时间变化的预测模型,并对试验进行了模拟。与实测结果相比,所建模型模拟效果较好。Directing against features of formation reaction for high- temperature sulphur- fixing phase sulphocalciumaluminate, as well as the situation of the test data to be related to "small - size sample and poor information", a grey corelation analysis for said formation reaction has been carried out. Results show that the main factors affecting the formation of sulphocalciumaluminate to be concentration of O2 in the combustion environment, and next is the reaction time, while the influence of reaction temperature is relatively smaller. A prediction model has been established by using verhulst model to predict the sulphur emission along with time change during the formation process of sulphocalciumaluminate under high -temperature, and simulation of the test being carried out. Compared with the measured results, the simulation effectiveness of the established model is better.
