摘  要:综述功率超声在液态金属成型方面的应用,现状及在熔体中的作用原理.介绍超声波对熔体结晶形核、细化晶粒的作用机制.超声波使晶粒细化、组织均匀化导致组织和力学性能有良好的改善.合理的选择超声波的频率、变幅杆在金属溶液中的位置、声强及辐射时间、优化工艺参数等是今后研究的方向.The principle and application of power ultrasonic treatment in molten metal shaping, and the current advancement status of the technique are summarized; as well as the mechanisms by which nucleation takes place and grains are refined during the crystallization of the molten metal are elucidated. The ultrasonic treatment plays an important role in refining grains and obtaining homogeneous microstructure, thus leading to a striking improvement in the microstructure and mechanical properties. The key points in further improving the technique would be focused on ( 1 ) properly selecting the frequency, intensity and radiation time of the ultrasonic wave, (2) correctly setting the position of the shift pole in the molten metal, and (3) optimizing the process variables.
