摘　　要：对用氨法处理ZnO矿制电锌过程中的添加剂进行研究,选择合适添加剂并考察其复配和用量对电积锌形貌的影响.发现联合使用T-A胶、T-B阳离子表面活性剂和T-C醇时能得到符合工业要求的锌片;添加剂用量的对电积锌的形貌影响很大.当T-A为0.1g/l,T-B为0.05g/l,T-C为0.1g/l时可以得到平整、致密的锌片.A study is made of the additives in zinc-electrownning in which an ammonia method was used to treat the ZnO ores, so as to find proper additives and to examine the effects of their mixes and quantities on the wurface quality of the electrowinning zinc. It is found that zinc piece of commercial quality can be obtained by using a mixed additives of T - A glue. T - B surface - activating agent and T - C alcohol, and the quantity of additives has striking effect on the surface quality of the electrowinning zinc. Zinc piece with dense and smooth surface can be obtained by using a mixed additives composed of T - A 0. 1 g/l, T - B 0.05 g/1 and T - C 0. 1 g/1.
