摘　　要：物流企业的发展壮大离不开资金的支持,而制约物流企业发展的重要因素之一就是融资难的问题。本文力求通过对我国物流发展现状和商业银行经营状况的分析研究,探索出一条使银行资金与企业的物流有机结合的科学途径,从而使物流企业与商业银行两者实现双赢。Logistics enterprises＇ development and growth depend a lot on the support of funds; however, the difficulty in financing is the key factor that restricts their development. This paper is dealt with the exploration of scientific ways for coordinating the banking funds with the logistics industry through the analysis of the status quo of commercial banks and the logistics development in China so as to realize the win-win situation between commercial banks and logistics enterprises.
