摘  要:综合运用了比例法和对分法对35%乙草胺·莠去津可湿性粉剂的配方进行了研究,在较短时间内筛选出了该可湿性粉剂的较佳配方。其中润湿剂使用农乳500#与700#,以质量比3∶5混用,质量分数为5%;分散剂为木质素磺酸钠,质量分数为2.4%;其余为填料,其中白炭黑质量分数为25%,用凹凸棒土补至100%。该制剂中两种有效成分的悬浮率可达到80%以上,润湿时间在50s左右,且热贮稳定,可以满足生产需要。Using proportional and bisectional method, the formulation of 35% Acetochlor-Atrazine WP was studied rapidly, which had good character and low cost. The best wetting agent was the mixture of 500# and 700# with 3:5 (m/m), and 5% weight of total composition; the dispersant was sodium lignosulfonates, occupied 2.4% weight; the carriers was the mixture of silica and attapulgite and the weight of silica should occupied 25% of total position, the other component was attapulgite. The main specifications of the formulation were tested under normal temperature and after storage under 54 ℃. The susnending rate was more than 80%. the wetting time was about 50 s.
