摘  要:目的优选桃花精油的最佳提取工艺。方法以提取桃花精油的得率为指标,设计L9(34)正交试验,对桃花浸泡时间(A)、提取时间(B)、料液质量比(C)、桃花形态的完整性(D)进行优选研究。结果在各设计方案中,向捣烂状态的桃花(D3)中加6倍的水(C3)浸泡3 h(A2)、蒸馏提取3 h(B2)时,桃花精油的得率最高。结论优选所得最佳提取工艺A2B2C3D3稳定可行。Objective To explore an optimum extraction technology of essential oil from peach blossom. Methods Orthogonal design L9 (3^4) was carried out to find the optimum extraction technology by detecting the extracting ratio, among the soaking time ( A ), extracting time (B), adding water( C ) and breaking-up degree of the blossoms ( D ). Results In all designs, the extracting ratio was the highest when the soaking time was 3h( A2 ) ,extracting time was 3 h( B2 ) ,adding water quality was 6 times (C3 ), the peach blossom was broken. Conclusion The optimum extraction technology is A2 B2 C3 D3. and it is stable and feasible.
