摘　　要：WinCC(Windows Control Center,窗口控制中心)是西门子公司(SIEMENS)实现PLC与上位机之间的通讯及上位机监控画面的制作的组态软件:以天然气输配监控系统为例,介绍了WinCC与PLC 300的通讯组态,并对通讯连接下的变量进行了定义,同时,对不同监控画面的组态也进行了详细的描述,使监控画面的显示跟随现场变量的改变而动态改变。为了系统安全的目的,还对不同用户的权限进行了限制。The Windows Control Centre （WinCC）is the configuration software made by Siemens which can achieve PLC communication with PC and make the monitoring picture on screen of PC. Taking the nature gas monitoring control system for example, the communication configuration of WinCC with PLC is presented, and the tags are defined under the communication linkage, meanwhile,the configuration of different monitring pictures are described in detail, which makes the data displayed on screen vary dynamically along with the field data. For system safety,the access right of different users is titled.
