摘  要:用艾灸作为刺激方式,目的在于揭示艾灸对大强度耐力训练大鼠心肌组织、肝组织自由基代谢的影响。实验结果显示,艾灸对训练大鼠心肌组织、肝组织都表现出较强的抗脂质过氧化的作用和清除运动产生的过剩自由基的作用,说明艾灸能从整体提高训练大鼠的抗氧化水平,延缓运动性疲劳的产生。Moxibustion is a traditional healthy therapy which takes argy wormwood as the raw material and works on the point. This experiment uses moxibustion as the stimulus with an aim of discovering the influence of moxibustion on the free catabolism in the cardiac muscular tissue and the liver tissue of the high- resistance trained mice. It shows that moxibustion has a relatively greater function of the lipotropy oxygenation and eliminating the surplus radical caused by exercise in training the cardiac muscle tissue and the liver tissue of the mice. Thus it proves that moxibustion can improve the overall anti - oxygen level of the trained mice and retard the fatigue in exercise.
