咸宁农村肺结核患者相关知识知晓和需求愿望的调查

摘　　要：[目的]了解农村肺结核患者对结核病相关知识的知晓程度及需求愿望。[方法]采用现况调查,对咸宁农村肺结核病患者的县、乡、村、性别、年龄、文化程度及肺结核患者相关知识知晓情况与需求愿望等情况进行调查。[结果]农村肺结核患者结核病相关知识平均知晓率为42.78%,知晓情况占前3位的依次是:随地吐痰的危害、定期复查的目的、嗜烟酒的危害等,不同年龄及不同文化程度之间的肺结核相关知识知晓情况差异有统计学意义;而农村肺结核患者对肺结核相关知识的需求愿望非常高,平均达85.47%,需求愿望最高的分别是:如何预防复发、定期复查的目的、用药知识、消毒隔离知识等;不同的年龄与不同的文化程度之间的肺结核相关知识需求愿望的差异也有非常显著性和显著性。[结论]该地区应加强农村肺结核患者对肺结核病相关知识及结核病防治的宣传力度,在农村普及结核病的防治知识,有针对性地开展健康教育工作,规范健康教育的重点、方法和内容。[Objective] To know about the TB-related knowledge, and the demand desire of the rural tuberculosis patients. [Methods] Present situation investigation was conducted to collect the data about the knowledge and its demand desire. [ Results] The average awareness rate of TB related knowledge of rural pulmonary tuberculosis patients was 42.78% , the knowledge at the top three were ： the harm of spitting everywhere, the purpose of regular callback, the harm of tobacco and alcohol. The awareness of TB related knowledge of patients with different ages and educational backgrounds was statistically different. The demand desire for the tuberculosis knowledge of the tuberculosis patients m rural areas was very high, with the average demand rate of 85.47%, The highest demand for TB knowledge were： how to prevent relapses, the purpose of regular callback, knowledge on drug use, knowledge on sterilization and isolation. The demand for TB knowledge of patients with different ages and educational backgrounds was statistically different. [Conclusion] We should enhance the propaganda of tuberculosis prevention, popularize the knowledge of tuberculosis prevention, carry out pertinent health education, standardize the focus, methods and content of health education in this area.
