对优秀散手运动员专项训练中心血管调节肽的监测与分析

摘  要:[目的]探讨优秀散手运动员在赛前专项运动训练中生化指标、微量元素和心血管调节肽的变化。[方法]参加全国十运会的四川武术队8名优秀散手运动员,根据专项训练强度划分为大运动量训练、大强度训练和对抗实战训练三个阶段进行全程监控,测试分析血浆生化指标、微量元素、心血管调节肽ANP、ET含量。[结果]①血浆生化指标变化:在运动训练中,RBC、WBC、BUN等血液生化指标差异无统计学意义,HGB指标差异有统计学意义(P=0.042),PLT、CK-MB差异有统计学意义(P=0.007和P=0.001);②微量元素含量变化:在运动训练中,血浆Cu、Zn含量差异无统计学意义,Fe元素含量差异有统计学意义(P=0.023);③心血管调节肽的含量变化:在3个训练阶段中,ANP、ET含量差异有统计学意义(P=0.006和P=0.000)。[结论]血浆生化指标、心血管调节肽水平能深入反映运动员训练中的身体机能变化。[ Objective] To investigate the biochemical indices, microelements and cardiovascular regulating peptides of free fight athletes in specialized training at different exercise intensities. [ Methods] The excellent athletes of free fight in Sichuan Wushu Team were divided into three exercise intensity groups to monitor the specialized training.The biochemical indices, microelements and cardiovascular regulating peptides of blood plasma were determined, and the exercise capacities were analysed for 6 months. [ Results] ① The biochemical indices: During specialized training, WBC, RBC, BUN, CK, T and C didn't change obviously, but HGB, PLT and CK-MB in blood plasma altered significantly (P = 0.042, P = 0.007 and P = 0.001 ) . ② The microelements : The level of Cu and Zn in blood plasma were not improved obviously, but the level of Fe in blood plasma was significantly different (P = 0.023 ) among groups. ③Cardiovascular regulating peptides: The levels of ANP and ET in blood plasma were improved significantly (P = 0.006 and P = 0.000) . [Conclusion] The levels of cardiovascular regulating peptides in blood plasma may intensively reflect the physiological and biochemical effects of specialized training of free athletes.
