摘　　要：[目的]为研究能否用全自动快速免疫(VIDASCHL)诊断法检测尿液中沙眼衣原体(CT)。[方法]采用VIDASCHL检测262例男性患者尿道拭子及尿液沉渣中CT抗原。[结果]与扩大金标准相比,VIDASCHL检测尿道拭子、尿沉渣敏感性分别为89.09%(P﹥0.05)、81.82%(P﹥0.05);特异性均为99.52%(P﹥0.05)。[结论]VI-DASCHL诊断法检测男性尿液中的沙眼衣原体具有高度敏感性和特异性。[Objective] To study whether we can test CT in male urine with VIDAS CHL Dignostie Methods. [Methods] CT antigent in 262 men＇s urethra swabs and urine sentiment were tested by means of VIDAS CHL. [ Results] Compared with the Enlargement Gold Standard. the sensibility of testing urethra swabs and urine sentiment by means of VIDAS CHL was 89.09% （P 〉 0.05） and 81.82% （P 〉 0.05） respectively. The specificity was 99.52% （P 〉 0.05） [Conclusion] Testing Chlamydia Trachomatis in male urine with VIDAS CHL Dignostic Methods has high sensibility and specificity.
