摘  要:[目的]探讨小儿急性氟乙酰胺中毒心肌酶变化规律与中毒程度的关系。[方法]对62例中毒患儿心肌酶(AST、CK、CK-MB、LDH、α-HBDH)进行连续监测。并设置20例正常健康儿童为对照组。[结果]各中毒组血清心肌酶均明显高于对照组﹙P﹤0.01);且与中毒程度呈正相关,中、重度中毒组与轻度中毒组相比,差异有统计学意义﹙P﹤0.01),各中毒组间的差异也有统计学意义﹙P﹤0.05)。[结论]急性氟乙酰胺中毒患儿的心肌酶活性增高,监测心肌酶水平可作为评估病情、预后的一个指标。[Objective] To discuss the relationship between the mutative rule of myocardial enzymes and the degree of acute fluoroacetamide toxicosis in children. [Methods] The myocardial enzymes (AST CK CK-MB LDH α-HBDH) of 62 cases of toxicosis children were monitered continuously. 20 healthy children were chosen as control group for comparison. [ Results]The level of myocardial enzymes in toxicosis children was higher than the comparison group (P 〈 0.01), and it was relative to toxicosis degree. The difference between the toxicosis in moderate or heavy group and mild group was statistical (P 〈 0.01 ), and the difference in all toxicosis groups was significant, too (P 〈 0.05) . [Conclusion] The activity of myocardial enzymes in children with acute fluoroacetamide toxicosis is increased: The level of myocardial enzymes can be used as a guide line of estimating illness and prognosis.
