K52高温合金及其溅射涂层的循环氧化行为研究

摘  要:利用磁控溅射的方法在K52高温合金上制备同成分的纳米晶涂层,研究了该合金及纳米晶涂层在900℃的循环氧化行为。结果表明:铸态合金在循环氧化过程中表面有剥落现象,生成了疏松的Cr2O3和TiO2混合氧化膜;而溅射涂层则生成了单一致密的-αAl2O3膜,没有出现剥落现象,提高了合金的抗高温腐蚀性能。讨论了合金及其纳米晶涂层的氧化机理。Magnetron sputter method was used to prepare nanocrystalline coating with same composition on superalloy K52. The cyclic oxidation behavior of the alloy K52 and its sputtered coating at 900℃ in air was investigated. The unitary, compact α-Al2O3 scale was formed on the sputtered coating after 100 h isothermal temperature and cyclical oxidation, which formed on the cast alloy is composed of complex oxides of Cr and Ti. The resistance of the coating at high temperature and cyclical oxidation was superior to the cast alloy. The oxidation mechanism of superalloy K52 and its nanocrystalline coating is discussed briefly.
