摘　　要：目的:探讨肾盂肾下盏联合切开取石术治疗巨大鹿角形结石的疗效。方法:采用肾盂肾下盏联合切开取石术治疗巨大鹿角形结石120例。结果:全部病例均顺利取出结石,无严重并发症发生。术中无需阻断肾蒂,平均手术时间110(80～180)min。术后残留结石27例。结论:该术式具有术野清晰,操作简单,取净率高,损伤少等优点。Objective ：To assess the therapeutic effect of giant staghom calculus. Methods：The data of 120 cases treated with on incision of intraremals were analyzed. Results： The calculus was removed uneventfully in all patients without severe complication. Renal Pedicle occlusions were not need during the operations. Average operative time was 110 （80 - 180 ）min. The residual calculus was 27 cases. Conclusions： This method has advantages such as excellent exposure, easy to master, little bleeding, high rate of clearance and less injury.
