摘　　要：目的:探讨美罗华(MabThera)治疗B细胞性非霍奇金淋巴瘤的观察及护理。方法:通过应用美罗华16次,观察用药过程中的不良反应,采取护理对策。结果:1例第一次输注时出现发热、寒战。结论:美罗华应用时不良反应轻微,但要掌握正确的给药方法,严格按医嘱调整滴速,行心电监护,严密监测生命体征,及时发现不良反应及时处理,将药物的不良反应降至最低。Objective： Discussing the observation and nursing of the ill reaction during the therapy of Bcell non - Hodgkin lymphoma with Mab Thera. Methods：By using Mab Thera 16 times,observing the ill reaction during the medication and nursing countermeasure. Results： Only one case occurred fever ,chill in the first time transfusion. Conclusions： The ill -reaction during the using of Mab Thera is mild ,but the correct transfusion technique should be grasped ,adjusting the transfusion rate according to doctor＇s advice , monitoring life sign strictly with electrocardiographic, detecting ill- reactions in time and treating it betimes, Reducing the remedy ill reaction at full steam.
