摘　　要：通过二个方面的依据，阐述水土保持也是一项产业，并说明了走向产业化必要性和可行性。提出了实施水土保持产业化的基本思路和步骤，对实施过程中可能遇到的阻碍因素也进行了分析。This article clarified soil and water conservation was an industry and described its necessity and possibility of running industrialization on the bases of two aspect proofs. The primary thought route and procedure were put forward to make soil and water conservation industrialization,meanwhile the constraint factors were also analyzed.
