摘　　要：简要概述了测试仪器的发展历史,虚拟仪器作为测试仪器的最新形式,以通用计算机为基础,结合了特定的硬件接口设备和为实现特定功能而编制的软件。接着介绍了虚拟仪器的总线技术和软件技术,指出虚拟仪器的网络化、标准化和硬件软件化是当前虚拟仪器的研究方向。The developing history of testing instrument was summarized. As the up to date form of testing instrument, virtual instrument（VI） combines the special hardware interface device and the software to realize sprcial function based on universal computer. Then the bus and software teshniques of VI were introduced. It was pointed out that networking, standardization and hardware softening of VI are current research trends of VI.
