摘　　要：应用可编程控制器实现了对住宅楼道灯的智能化控制,并根据用户对楼道灯的不同使用情况,使系统具备了公摊电费的自动计费功能。该系统使智能小区功能更趋完善,物业管理收费更趋合理,极大地满足了物业管理部门的需求。The intelligent control of residential building corridor lamp was realized using Programmable Logic Controller. The automatic charging function with equally sharing electricity expense was realized based on different corridor consumption of each resident. The system made the function of intelligent community more perfect, the charging of property management more rational. The requirement of property managenment section was satisfied by this system.
