灰霉病菌对二甲酰亚胺类药剂的田间抗药性检测

摘　　要：对蔬菜、草莓、果树、花卉等植物上采集到的灰霉病菌共计２３２个菌株进行抗性测定，发现不同作物上采集的同一种类的灰霉菌其敏感基线Ｅｃ５０差异不大，而不同种类的灰霉病菌其敏感基线的Ｅｃ５０差异显著。strains of Botrytis collected from vegetable, strawberry, fruit, flower and other plants in Jiangsu Province from 1987～ 1990 were tested. The strains tested belong to four species, B. cinerea, B. fabae, B. squamosa, B. paeoniae. It was found that Ec 50 of sensitive Botrytis of the same species from the same plants has little difference, but Ec 50 of the sensitive strains of the same species from different plants was largely different. Resistant strains of B.cinerea to dicarboximide were detected in the field.
