摘　　要：提出了一种价格低廉、功能齐全且具有遥控和家控两种操作方式的基于公众电话网的住宅远程智能报警和家电远程控制系统,既适合普通家庭使用,又可广泛应用于智能小区管理系统中。该系统具有较高的实用和推广价值。An intelligent alarm and remote control system of residence appliance based on the public telephone network was put forward. It is suitable for common family use and can be extensively applied in intelligent community management system. It is a system of low price and good function and has two kinds of operating ways of long range remote control and house control. The system has high use value and should be adopted widely.
