摘　　要：就学习和应用GB50343—2004《建筑物电子信息系统防雷技术规范》(以下简称《规范》)过程中存在的一些疑惑,包括未定义术语雷击风险评估、雷击风险计算公式的各类因子中C2的取值以及浪涌保护器前安装过电流保护装置的做法等问题进行了探讨,并提出了相应的见解、意见和建议。When learning and using GB 50343-2004 ＂Technical Code for Protection Against Lightning of Building Electronic Information System＂, some doubts were discussed including no definition of lightning risk evaluation, the fixing of the value of C2 of different factors in lightning risk calculation formula, the ways of installation of over current protection before surge protection devices. The opinion, advice and suggestion were put forward at the same time.
