摘　　要：镇痛药物的联合应用能够增强镇痛作用,减少不良反应,提高患者对药物的顺应性,但目前镇痛药物联合应用的临床研究相对较少,主要依靠临床经验给药。本文目的是介绍目前已有的联合用药方法,为合理使用镇痛药物提供依据。Interaction and combined administration of analgesic drugs could enhance the analgesic effects,reduce the side effects, improve the patients＇ drugs compliance. But the combination of analgesic drugs were applied only by clinical experience, the clinical researches were seldom. The objective of this article is to introduce the methods of clinical application of interaction and combination of analgesic drugs, so as to apply them more reasonable.
