摘　　要：由于房地产投资开发的高风险性和小城镇的特殊性,小城镇房地产投资风险独特,风险更大,投资方只有充分认识小城镇房地产投资风险,对风险进行有效防范,才能保证投资效益。本文在对小城镇房地产投资风险特征进行分析的基础上,提出了小城镇房地产投资风险的防范措施。Due to the high risk of real estate investment and development and the particularity of small town, the particular risks of real estate investment in small town are greater, The investors need to fully recognize and efficiently prevent the risks. Based on characteristics analysis, the paper puts forward some countermeasures of real estate investment risks in small town.
