规范我国政府工程管理制度的对策研究

摘　　要：结合我国当前政府工程管理方式存在的主要问题,针对完善政府工程管理的法律体制、规范政府工程投资体制、强化政府工程管理体制和推行政府工程的政府采购制度四个方面,从近期和长期的角度,提出了规范我国政府工程管理制度的对策,有效落实政府采购制度。This paper analyzes the problems in our government project management. It proposes the strategies of regularizing government project management policy, with respect to improving legal system of government project management, regularizing investing system of government project, regularizing government project management system and propagating government procurement policy in government projects. It also puts forward some countermeasures of regularizing our government project management system for putting government procurement policy into effect from the short and long term.
