摘　　要：建筑工程项目的投资控制是中国现阶段项目管理的弱项,为使我国的建筑工程项目投资控制顺应国际建筑业发展趋势、尽快与国际惯例接轨,本文对我国建筑工程项目投资控制的现状进行了分析,并结合美国项目管理学会(PMI)的项目管理理论,提出建立适合中国国情的建筑工程项目投资控制体系,以期对建筑工程项目投资进行合理、有效的控制。The investment control system of construction engineering project in China is a field that needs further studying at present. To gear in with the development of construction industry in the international market, this paper analyzes the status of the investment control system of construction engineering project in China, and puts forward the investment control system suitable to our country basing on the project management theory from the Project Management Institute （PMI）, so that the investment of construction engineering project can be controlled reasonably and effectively.
