开心胶囊Ⅱ号对心脏神经官能症的调节及生存质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察开心胶囊Ⅱ号对心脏神经官能症患者心脏植物神经功能的调节作用及患者生存质量的影响。方法:将60例患者随机分为2组,治疗组30例予开心胶囊Ⅱ号(由香附、川芎、苍术、神曲、栀子、西洋参、山楂、蒲黄、红花等组成)治疗。对照组30例予倍他乐克片治疗。观察2组患者临床症状、心脏植物神经功能治疗前后的变化,并采用生存质量量表评价2组患者治疗前后的生存质量。结果:总有效率治疗组为93．33％,对照组为76．67％,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0．05);治疗组改善患者植物神经功能的主要指标及生存质量方面均优于对照组,2组比较,差异有显著性或非常显著性意义(P<0．05,P<0．01)。结论:开心胶囊Ⅱ号治疗心脏神经官能症疗效确切,且能较好地改善患者的生存质量。Objective: To observe the regulatory effect of Kaixin Capsule II( mainly composed of Rhizoma Cyperi, Rhizoma Chuanxiong, Rhizoma Atractylodis, Massa Medicata Fermentata. Fructus Gardeniae, Radix Panacis Quinquefolii, Fructus Crataegi, Pollen Typhae, Flos Carthami) for cardiac neurosis and to investigate its effect on life quality. Methods: Sixty cardiac neurosis patients were equally randomized into two groups: the treatment group received Kaixin Capsule D and the control group received Betaloc Tablets. The changes of symptoms and autonomic nerve function were observed, and the quality of life was evaluated by the Quality of Life Scale before and after treatment. Results: The total effective rate was 93. 33% in the treatment and 76. 67% in the control group, the difference being significant (P < 0. 05). The improvement of main parameters of autonomic nerve function as well as the life quality in the treatment was superior to that in the control group ( P < 0.05 or P < 0. 01). Conclusion: Kaixin Capsule IIhas certain effect for cardiac neurosis and exerts a better effect on improving life quality.
