摘  要:介绍了湛江东兴石油企业有限公司1.2 Mt/a中压加氢裂化装置采用石油化工科学研究院开发的RMC技术加工高氮VGO的工业应用情况和标定结果。标定结果表明,采用RMC技术可在10.5 MPa的相对较低的氢分压条件下,加工氮含量超过1000μg/g的劣质VGO原料,产品分布合理,干气、轻石脑油、重石脑油、柴油馏分和尾油馏分的收率分别为0.39%,4.11%,16.86%,49.10%,27.72%。从生产统计数据看,装置所加工原料性质变化幅度较大,且多数情况劣于设计原料性质,但通过合理的生产调节,仍可获得较为满意的产品分布和产品性质。Medium pressure hydrocracking(RMC)technology developed by Research Institute of Petroleum Processing was applied in the 1.2 Mt/a hydrocracking unit of Dongxing Refinery. The unit went on stream in March 2005, and the assessment of catalysts was carried out in December 2005. The plant operation results showed that under a hydrogen partial pressure of 10. 5 MPa, processing VGO having a nitrogen content of more than 1 000 μg/g,the yields of light naphtha,heavy naphtha,diesel fuel and unconverted oil were 4.11%,16.86 %, 49.10% and 27.72 %, respectively. Despite of the feedstock changes and in most cases the feedstock quality was worse than the design value, satisfied product slates and qualities were obtained by proper adjusting operation parameters.
