摘　　要：科研管理信息系统是将计算机科学、管理科学等领域的技术应用于科研项目信息管理而形成的计算机应用系统。本文以基于J2EE的科研管理系统平台为目标,采用Browser/Server结构,从科研管理平台的体系结构、系统设计以及所使用的关键技术着手对系统的业务和实现作了探讨。Scientific Research Management Information System（SRMIS）is a computer application system that applies computer science and management-science. The target of this paper is to structure scientific research management system based on J2EE, adopt B/S architecture, discuss systematic business and realization from scientific research management platform system structure, system designed and key technology.
