摘 要:为了满足大筛面面积钻井振动筛的需要,介绍了一种基于直线运动和圆运动合成原理的三电机椭圆钻井振动筛。针对惯性振动筛,在略去振动筛支撑弹簧的阻尼力和弹簧力的条件下,建立了其动力学方程,运用分析力学理论建立了振动筛的自同步条件和稳定运转条件,讨论了影响该振动筛的自同步性和运动稳定性的因素。研究结果表明:激振电机的偏心质径积越大、转速越高,振动筛参振总质量和转动惯量越小,振动筛的自同步性能和运动稳定性越好;圆激振电机的回转中心和直线激振电机的安装位置相对于振动筛总质心有一定偏移,更有利于振动筛的自同步和运动稳定。To meet the need of big screening area of shale shaker, a kind of tri-motor ellipse vibrating shale shaker based on synthesizing of linear and circular motion is presented. Being aimed at inertial vibrating screen,on the condition of omitting the damping force and spring force of supporting spring, the dynamic equations of shale shaker are built, the conditions of self-synchronization and movement stabilization are established by the theory of analytic mechanics,and the factors affecting self-synchronization and movement stabilization are discussed. The research results indicate that, the bigger the eccentric mass-semidiameter product and the higher the rotating speed of exciting motors are, the smaller the total vibrating mass and rotating inertia of vibrating screen, and the better the self-synchronization and movement stabilization of shale shaker will be; the rotating center of circular motion exciting motor and the middle point of line motion exciting motors is offset from the total mass center of shale shaker which is beneficial to self-synchronization and movement stabilization.
