摘 要:我国每年有大量的易腐货物浪费在运输途中,大力发展冷藏运输业、提高公路冷藏货物运输比例势在必行,开展节能环保型冷藏车研究具有重大意义。在总结我国冷藏车发展现状和趋势的基础上,提出发展利用液化天然气气化复温过程所释放冷量制冷的LNG冷藏车,分析LNG作为冷藏车燃料和LNG为冷藏车提供冷量的可行性和优越性。结果表明:LNG冷藏车具有清洁环保和节约能源的双重优点,LNG气化复温所提供的冷量能够满足冷藏车制冷量需求,节能效果明显,具有显著的经济和社会效益。A large number of goods susceptible to corrosion have been wasted on the road of transportation each year in China, so it is imperative under the situation that the refrigerated transportation services should be encouraged and the proportion of transporting the refrigerated goods on roads should be increased to a certain level. Therefore, it is very important to study on environment-friendly and energy saving refrigerated trucks at present. On the basis of summarizing status quo and future trend of developing the refrigerated trucks in China, this paper put forward a kind of LNG refrigerated trucks by use of releasing cold energy for refrigerating during the process of LNG polythermal evaporation, and then analyzed the feasibility and advantages of taking LNG as the fuel for the refrigerated trucks providing cold energy. This study shows that this kind of LNG refrigerated trucks, having good economic and social benefit, can not only help save energy but prevent from bringing out more damage for environment, and the important of all, can also provide enough cold energy to meet the requirement for refrigerating in the refrigerated trucks during LNG polythermal evaporation with obvious effect on saving energy.
