摘　　要：通过对沈阳市二、三环内生活垃圾处理情况调研,分析了其环境卫生状况及存在问题,提出生活垃圾处理对策与管理规划。According to investigation of domestic waste treatment status in second and third belt highways area of Shenyang city, environmental and sanitary status and existing problems were analyzed, treatment countermeasure and management plan were presented.
