摘  要:介绍华能玉环电厂1号机组投产前的化学清洗情况。该清洗采用先碱洗后EDTA铵盐清洗及氨和联氨二次钝化的流程进行,清洗范围主要为高压给水系统、锅炉受热面、启动分离器、储水箱及过热器减温水管路等其他辅助回路。对清洗中出现的炉水循环泵跳泵、药品配制和浓度不足、受热面加热不均及辅助管道清洗范围等问题进行了详细叙述和分析。总结了华能玉环电厂1号机组化学清洗的经验教训,以期对今后超超临界机组的化学清洗起到一定的借鉴作用。The practice of preproduction chemical cleaning of Unit 1 in Huaneng Yuhuan Power Plant was introduced. The chemical cleaning process is to alkaline clean the components first to remove oily matter, and followed by ammoniated EDTA cleaning, secondary passivation with ammonium and hydrazine, which covers the economizer, water cooling walls, start-up separator, storage tank, spray water pipes of desuperheater and some auxiliary cycle components. Several problems in the above mentioned process were discussed in details, such as unexpected trip of boiler circulating pump, lower EDTA concentration, uneven temperature of boiler heating surface, and the cleaning coverage of auxiliary components. The chemical cleaning application in Yuhuan Power Plant was summarized to make certain reference for the future chemical cleaning of ultra-supercritical units.
