摘　　要：阐述了基于系统工程的WBS工作分解结构的涵义及建立WBS模型的意义,主要从系统工程管理的设计、验证、制造、部署、保障、培训、操作和报废处理这8个基本功能出发,完成WBS模型定义,介绍了模型描述的内容及WBS的作用,最后对系统工程管理平台中WBS建模与实现模块的设计、实现进行了介绍。Based on systems engineering theory, it describes the Work Breakdown Structure （WBS） and importance of WBS modeling, the description model of systems engineering management platform includes these functions such as development, validation, manufacturing/production/construction, support, deployment, training, operation and disposal. It presentes the contents and actions of WBS, introduces the design and implementation of the WBS modeling and implementation module.
