摘  要:以硼砂为混凝剂、硫酸钠为助凝剂、硫酸铁为沉淀剂对含聚乙烯醇的胶粘剂废水进行混凝处理。分析确定助凝剂、混凝剂、沉淀剂的最佳投加量,及pH值对去除率的影响。结果表明:投加饱和硼砂溶液20 mL、饱和硫酸钠溶液20 mL、饱和硫酸铁溶液3 mL、pH为7、静置时间为4 h,可使胶粘剂废水的CODCr从6 800 mg/L,下降到707 mg/L,去除率可达到89.6%。The coagulating method to treat PVA-containing wastewater from adhesive manufacture was studied in this paper. Through this research, the best treating conditions were gotten. Na2BO3 and Na2SO4 were used as coagulant, Fe2(SO4)3 was used as sediment reagent. When the dosage of Na2BO3 was 20 mL, Na2SO4 was 20 mL, Fe2(SO4)3 was 3 mL, pH was 7, deposition time was 4 h, the CODCr removal rate can reach 89. 6%.
