摘　　要：ChemCAD是美国Chemstations公司开发的化工模拟软件。应用ChemCAD软件中的shortcut精馏模型,对年生产能力0.55万t的甲醇—水物系精馏过程进行了模拟,得出了模拟结果,并讨论回流比,进料含水量对塔板数、冷凝器、再沸器的影响,对实际的生产有一定的指导意义。ChemCAD is a stimulator software of Chemical Industry which was produced by Chemstations in U. S. A. This shortcut rectification model in Chemical software was used to stimulate the rectification process of methanol-water system which has a capacity of 5,500 tons per year, and the stimulation result was got. The effects of the backset current rate ,the impact of water content in material on the tower board , the condenser and reboiling device were discussed. It has certain directive significance to real production.
