摘  要:[目的]探讨轮叶党参酒精提取液对大鼠骨骼肌收缩力及小鼠强迫游泳时间的影响.[方法]利用RM-6240系统观察不同剂量轮叶党参酒精提取液对大鼠腓肠肌和比目鱼肌收缩力及小鼠游泳时间的影响.[结果]给药2周后各给药组大鼠比目鱼肌单收缩的潜伏期缩短,最大收缩幅度增加,大、中剂量组大鼠1/2舒张时间延长;强直收缩的潜伏期缩短,大、中剂量组大鼠最大收缩幅度及疲劳指数均增加.各给药组大鼠腓肠肌单收缩的潜伏期缩短,最大收缩幅度增加,大剂量组大鼠1/2舒张时间延长;强直收缩的潜伏期缩短,最大收缩幅度及疲劳指数均增加.大、中剂量组小鼠强迫游泳时间明显延长.[结论]一定剂量的轮叶党参酒精提取液可提高骨骼肌的收缩力,并具有抗疲劳作用.OBJECTIVE To investigate the effects of the Codonopsis lanceolata extract with alcohol on skeletal muscle contractility in rats and forced swimming time in mice. METHODS Using RM-6240 system, the contractility of the soleus and gastrocnemius in rats and forced swimming time in mice were observed by stimulation of sciatic nerve after intragastric administration of the Codonopsis lanceolata extract for two weeks RESULTS The latent period of single twitch of the soleus and gastrocnemius was shortened, and the most shrink range was increased, and the half diastole was prolonged significantly in the large and middle dose groups, respectively. The latent period of tetanus was shortened, and the most shrink range and the index of fatigue were increased significantly in the high and middle dose groups. The forced swimming time in mice was prolonged significantly in the high and middle dose groups. CONCLUSION The Codonopsis lanceolata extract with alcohol increase the contractility of skeletal muscle and have the anti-fatigue effects.
