高效液相色谱法测定舒冠片中淫羊藿甙含量

摘　　要：[目的]建立舒冠片中淫羊藿甙的含量测定方法.[方法]采用高效液相色谱法,使用依利特SinoChrom ODS-BP色谱柱,以75 mmol/L磷酸盐缓冲液-乙腈（72∶28）为流动相,流动量为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为270 nm.[结果]淫羊藿甙在0.49-1.96μg之间与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系（r=0.9990）,平均加样回收率为99.23%,RSD为2.87%.[结论]应用高效液相色谱法测定舒冠片中淫羊藿甙含量具有灵敏度高,数据准确,专属性强,重现性好等特点,可作为舒冠片的质量控制方法.OBJECTIVE To establish a method for simultaneously detecting the content of Icariin in the Shuguan tablets. METHODS HPLC method was carried out through SinoChrom ODS-BP C18 column, using 0.075 mol/L phosphate buffer solution-acetontrile （72 ： 28） as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min detective wavelength of 270 nm. RESULTS The calibration curve of Icariin was linear within the range of 0.49- 1.96 μg（r = 0.999 0）, the average recoveries of Icariin was 99.23%, RSD was 2.87% CONCLUSION The method is simple, fast and accurate, it could increase the quality control index of Shuguan tablets
