摘　　要：目的探讨低密度脂蛋白受体(LDLR)基因HincⅡ多态性与老年高血压伴肥胖及血脂的关系。方法采用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性方法,测定高血压组86例和对照组120例的LDLR基因型。结果LDLR基因分CC、CT、TT三种基因型,高血压组C等位基因(CC基因型+CT基因型)频率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),高血压组具有C等位基因者体质量指数及腰围高于TT基因型者(P<0.05)。结论LDLR的C等位基因可能在老年肥胖性高血压的发病机制中发挥作用。[Objective] To determine the relationship between Hincll polymorphism of low density lipoprotein receptor （LDLR） gene and elderly hypertensives with obesity and plasma lipids. [Methods] The LDLR genotypes of study group consisting of 86 cases and control group including 120 cases were analyzed by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism （PCR-RFLP）. [Results] LDLR included three genotypes （CC,TT and CT）. The frequency of C allele in hypertensives was higher than that of controls （P〈 0. 05）. The body mass index and waist circumference of C allele carrier （CC＋CT） were higher than those of TT genotype in hypertensives （P〈0. 05）. [Conclusion] C allele of LDLR could play a role in the pathophysiology of elderly obese hypertension.
