摘 要:为了实现炼钢清洁性生产,首次研究开发了“粗颗粒分离机→软化→混凝→改良斜板沉淀器→一体化-浓缩池、污泥泵房→直落式污泥处理”转炉烟气除尘污水处理新工艺。系统采用具有“诸多创新技术”的“改良斜板沉淀器”处理除尘污水,工程投资比普通斜板沉淀器节省15%。应用表明,“改良斜板沉淀器”实现了PLC自动排泥,出水悬浮物含量小于100mg/L。In order to implement clean steel-making production, a new process for dusting waste water treatment of converter fume was first developed. The process comprised " coarse particle separator → softening→ flocculation→ improving settler of inclined plate → integrated thickening pond and sludge pump room →vertical sludge disposal. The system adopted the improved settler of inclined plate which had many innovated technologies to treat waste water. The investment of project reduced by 15% than that of general settler of inclined plate. The practice showed that PLC automatic mud discharging was realized by using the improved settler of inclined plate and the plate' s suspension from water was less than 100 mg/L.
