摘　　要：为提高小型冷冲头的使用寿命，以60Si2Mn为材料，经亚温加热、局部淬火＋低温回火等热处理工艺处理，设计制造了用于加工标准件的小型冷冲头。实际冲裁生产结果表明，冷冲头的使用寿命有了大幅提高，冲裁次数可达50000～60000次。In order to improve the service life of miniature cold drift, a miniature cold drift which is used to process the metal filling pieces was designed and produced, with 60Si2Mn in manufacturing drift, by being heated up in sub-temperature, being quenched in part, and being tempered in low temperature craft. The result of practical production showed that it would greatly improve the service life of the miniature cold drift, and times of drifting and cutting will add up to 50 000 ～ 60 000.
