摘  要:以粉末冶金法制备的AgCdO(10)、AgSnO2(10)、AgYb2O3(12)三种银金属氧化物触点材料为研究对象,在DC20V、20A,纯阻性负载条件下,研究其电气性能,包括接触电阻、熔焊力与材料转移。采用SEM观察触点表面经电弧侵蚀后结构与成分的变化,分析触点对电弧响应的物理冶金过程。结果表明,经过15万次接通与开断后,AgYb2O3(12)触点表面结构与成分稳定,而AgCdO(10)与AgSnO2(10)触点表面存在孔洞与裂纹;在相同负载条件下,AgYb2O3(12)的综合电气性能优于AgCdO(10)和AgSnO2(10)触点材料。The service performance of three kinds of contact materials by powder metallurgical (AgCdO(10), AgSnO2 (10) and AgYb2O3 (12)) was studied in 20A20VDC loading condition, such as contact resistance, welding force and material transfer. The structure and component change of contact surface were studied by SEM after arc erosion. The physical metallurgy process of contact surface was analyzed during arcing. The result isthat the structure and component of AgYb2O3(12) contact surface are stable but there are some pore and crack in AgCdO(10) and AgSnO2(10) contact surface after 150000 make-and-break operations. The integrative service performance of AgYb2O3(12) exceeds AgCdO(10) and AgSnO2(10) in same loading condition.
