摘　　要：根据张集煤矿1213(3)工作面的地质条件,首先运用模尔库仑准则建立了计算塑性区宽度的力学模型,得到厚煤层沿空侧煤体的塑性区宽度,并根据锚杆作用机理建立了锚杆支护沿空掘巷合理窄煤柱理论宽度公式,并指出合理煤柱尺寸为5 m;然后,应用大型有限元程序ANSYS,对不同尺寸煤柱条件下掘巷及回采时围岩应力、变形进行了分析,指出厚煤层沿空掘巷锚杆支护合理的煤柱尺寸以5m左右为最佳。最后,将所得结论应用于实践,取得较好的效果,说明煤柱尺寸是合理的。According to geology conditions of the 1213（3） face of ZHANG JI coal mine,The paper firstly made a mechanics model to calculate the width of plastic area by mohr-coulomb criterion ,And got the formula of rational width of the pillar protecting roadway along next goaf supporting by bolting. Then the paper analyzed dint and displacement of the rock round roadway under the different coal pillar size by ANSYS, and pointed out the rational width of small coal pillar is 5 metres or so.Fi nally, applied the conclusion in practice and got satisfied effect. It proved that the method of determining rational width of thin pillar is right.
